How long does it take from order to delivery?
In-stock items are usually shipped within two business days. Please note that we are closed on weekends and national holidays. We appreciate your understanding regarding the potential delay. For pre-order items, shipping will follow the timeframe stated on the product details page.
How much is the shipping?
Small items ship for ¥330 (postage paid), while standard items ship for a flat rate of ¥800 nationwide.
Orders totaling ¥7,700 or more qualify for free shipping.
I'd like to see the product in person.
We have a directly managed store in Hiroshima, so we hope you will visit us. Our representative, Satozaki, is also in the store about three days a week.
It is located in the center of Hiroshima City, a 2-minute walk from the Atomic Bomb Dome. (A map is provided below)
