At any rate, by pursuing lightness and ease of maintenance, we created a pair of tongs that are the epitome of simplicity.
Even the stainless steel model is lightweight at approximately 95g, but it also has the strength to firmly grip thick logs.

Warranty and Repair
All products, with the exception of some items such as T-shirts and consumables, come with a six-month warranty. In the unlikely event that a product breaks or malfunctions under normal use, please contact us via the inquiry form. We will arrange for an exchange or repair.
However, failures due to age-related deterioration or incorrect use/purpose are not covered by the warranty. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to products purchased through secondary sales or to failures caused by customer modifications or repairs.
About shipping
We ship internationally from Hiroshima, Japan, primarily via Japan Post EMS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total shipment weight. International orders over ¥30,000 ship free.
In-stock items are usually dispatched within two business days. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
