Shipping within Japan
Standard domestic shipping is ¥800. Domestic orders of ¥7,700 or more ship free.
Orders are normally dispatched within 2–7 business days. For pre-order and made-to-order products, please refer to the estimated shipping date shown on the product page.
International shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and selected European countries.
- Up to 0.5 kg: ¥3,600
- 0.6–2 kg: ¥4,800
- 2.1–5 kg: ¥8,800
The available rate is calculated at checkout from the total shipment weight and destination. Please contact us before ordering if your order exceeds 5 kg or no shipping option appears for your address.
Customs duties and import taxes
Product prices and shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or region. If charged, these costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Rates, exemptions and customs procedures vary by destination. Please consult your local customs authority for current information before ordering.
Delivery
International transit times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance. When tracking information is available, it will be sent by email after dispatch.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or unpaid duties or taxes, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.
